Aletheia Technologies, Inc. is committed to making PropTrak accessible to as many users as possible, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that property management technology should be usable by everyone, and we are actively working to improve the accessibility of our platform.
Our Commitment
We aim to comply with the following standards where feasible:

Please note: PropTrak is not intended for use outside the United States. We do not support access from foreign IP addresses, VPNs, or non-U.S. jurisdictions, and we make no claim of compliance with international accessibility laws.
Accessibility Features
PropTrak currently supports:
- Keyboard navigation across all interactive elements
- Screen reader compatibility for most core features
- Clear and consistent UI layouts designed with Auto Layout and semantic HTML (where applicable)
- Custom font scaling and color contrast options in development
We are also integrating AI-driven tools to automate accessibility testing and improve user experience over time.
Limitations and Known Issues
As we continuously improve, some complex or AI-driven interfaces may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working on:
- Enhancing label clarity for AI-generated modals or decision prompts
- Ensuring accessibility in dashboards with dynamic data visualizations
- Optimizing accessibility in embedded partner integrations
